I just found out Rob filed for bancarrota this morning.  Poor guy doesn’t need this.  I never met someone who needed a break more badly.  He was planning on asking his girlfriend to marry him and then she came right out and told that she was cheating on him.  He wanted to work things out and then the next week she admitted she’d cheated on him again.  Then his father died of a heart attack and his mother had already died giving birth to him.  And then he lost his job as an engineer because they were updating all the systems at the bank where he worked to a computer he couldn’t possibly understand.  Can you believe this all happened to him within the space of two months? 

Right now, bancarrota is probably the least of his problems, but it’s the only one he can really deal with.  He’s a smart guy and has a lot of engineering experience.  He should be able to get another job.  It’s taking a while, but he’ll get there.  If he needs a loan, I might be able to help him out.  I know he’s good for it.  I almost filed for bancarrota a few years ago.  I feel for him.  I just wish there was more I could do.
