I can’t believe Metallica’s finally coming to town!  I thought Watersford was too small a city for them to tour through, but I called up an event tickets company and they confirmed with it.  Metallica will be here within three months!  While I had these event tickets people on the phone, I made sure I bought a ticket right there and then.  This show is definitely going to sell out fast and I don’t want to find out at the last minute that I can’t get in. A few years back, I was visiting Bob up in Boston and found out Metallica was playing that weekend at the Fleet Center.  I was sure it was already sold out, but Bob said we could find a scalper.  And there were dozens of them, murmuring, “Event tickets!  Great price!”  We flagged him down and must have paid three hundred and fifty dollars for tickets far up in the rafters.  But then when we got to the doors, our tickets got torn up and security escorted us out.  They were fakes!  I should have known it.  That will never happen to me again.  I’m always making sure I get my tickets from a legit source well ahead of time so I can be there to rock out.
